Mossyrock sits at the edge of old-growth forest, where the highway bends and the air turns cooler. We opened Lemon Tree to give travelers and neighbors a reason to stop — a table by the window, a cup poured with care, food made from what's nearby and in season.

Our espresso is roasted locally and pulled fresh every morning. Our kitchen builds each plate to order, from flaky pastries to hearty lunches. No rush. No noise. Just good coffee, honest food, and the kind of quiet that makes a moment feel worth remembering.
